The setting sun, an old red barn – we’re out west again

Red skies at night, shepherd’s delight, the saying goes,  and it was true out west of Tenterfield, says Verandah Magazine publisher Candida Baker of this week’s Shot of the Week. “It was freezing, but beautiful,” she says.  “We often head to Girraween National Park for the holidays, and the colours are always amazing.  This time we had some spectacular sunsets, and on this particular evening driving back towards the campsite, the setting sun hitting the dark red of this old building was spectactular.  It was, as usual, a photographic delight to be out west.”
